Resource Augmentation & White-Labeling

Engineers who work like your own team.

For product teams that need more engineering capacity, and for agencies and Odoo partners with more client work than people. Our engineers join your team and follow your process, or deliver whole projects under your brand.

What we deliver

Two ways to add capacity.

Bring our specialists into your own team, or hand us whole projects to deliver in your name. Both draw on the same engineers and the same standards.

Offer 01 · Inside your team

Resource augmentation

Dedicated DevPii engineers and specialists join your team and work the way you do: your stand-ups, your repositories, your tracker and your chat. Full-time or part-time, scaling with your roadmap.

  • You set the priorities and own the backlog
  • They follow your process, coding standards and tools
  • You add or release people as the roadmap changes
Offer 02 · Under your brand

White-labeling

For agencies, consultancies and Odoo partners. We deliver projects under your brand, work under NDA and stay invisible to your client.

  • Your client relationship stays yours
  • We cover development, functional implementation and project management
  • Deliverables and documentation carry your name

Specialists you can add

Each role can join as a dedicated engineer, as part of a team extension, or on a white-label project.

Odoo developers

Custom modules, integrations, reports and version upgrades on Odoo Community and Enterprise, written to your coding standards.

Odoo functional consultants

Fit-gap workshops, configuration, data preparation and user training: the people who map business processes onto standard Odoo apps.

Python and Django engineers

Backends, APIs and web platforms in Python, Django and Flask on PostgreSQL, including REST integrations and payment gateways.

Web and mobile developers

Responsive websites, customer portals, WordPress builds, and iOS and Android apps that connect to the systems you already run.

UI/UX designers

User flows, interfaces and clickable prototypes in Figma, handed over in a form your developers can build from.

QA engineers

Test plans, regression testing and release checks, so each sprint reaches your users with fewer surprises.

How we engage

Choose how we work together.

Start with one engineer or hand over a whole workstream. Every model runs on your priorities, with regular check-ins on fit and progress.

Model 01

Dedicated engineer

One specialist assigned to your product, full-time or part-time, who works in your tools and to your priorities.

Best for: a clear skills gap, or steady work on one product.

Model 02

Team extension

A small cross-functional group, for example developers with a designer and QA, who join your team and grow or shrink with the roadmap.

Best for: a roadmap that has outgrown your current team.

Model 03

White-label delivery

We run a whole project or workstream under your brand, from the technical build to functional implementation and project management.

Best for: agencies, consultancies and Odoo partners with more client work than capacity.

How it starts

Four steps. You meet and choose the people before anyone starts.

  1. Share what you need

Tell us the roles, skills, hours and tools involved, and what the first months of work look like.

  2. We propose profiles

We put forward engineers whose experience matches the work, with a short summary of each one.

  3. Interview and agree

You interview the people and choose who joins. Together we agree the plan, the overlap hours and how we report.

  4. Onboard and deliver

They join your channels and start on real work, with regular check-ins on fit and progress.

Questions

What teams ask first.

How quickly can someone start?

It depends on the profile you need. Once we understand the role, we propose engineers whose experience fits the work. You interview them first, and we agree a start date together.

What working hours do your engineers keep?

We agree overlapping hours with your team, wherever you are, so stand-ups, reviews and questions happen while you are online.

Who owns the work and the code?

You do, as set out in the contract. When our engineers join your team they work in your repositories and tools, so the work stays with you from day one.

Can you work under our brand?

Yes. On white-label work we deliver under your brand and under NDA. Your client relationship stays yours, and we stay invisible to your client.

What if an engineer is not the right fit?

We review fit with you early on. If the profile is not right, we change it and adjust the plan.

Next step

Add the people your roadmap needs.

Share the roles, skills and hours you have in mind. An engineer replies within one business day to talk it through.
