Should we use Odoo Community or Enterprise?
It depends on the apps you need and how many users you have. Community has no licence fee but lacks some apps, such as full accounting and payroll in many localisations. Enterprise adds those, plus official upgrades. We compare the total cost for your setup during the fit-gap step.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused rollout of a few standard apps can take a few weeks. Multi-department projects with custom modules and data migration usually run for several months, in phases. We give you a first range after a short scoping call and confirm it in writing after discovery.
Can you take over an Odoo system someone else built?
Yes. We start with a short code and configuration review so we know what we are inheriting, then agree a support plan or a clean-up backlog.
Can you run an Odoo project remotely?
Yes. Workshops, reviews, training and go-live support can all run over video calls and a shared test system. We work with clients worldwide, across time zones, and schedule sessions that overlap with your working day.
How is pricing structured?
Implementations are quoted as a fixed scope per phase. Custom modules are quoted per module or as development sprints. Support runs on a monthly retainer sized to your system. You get a written proposal before any work starts.
