Do we need a lot of data to start?
No. Most workflow automation runs on agreed rules and needs no training data at all. AI assistants and document extraction work from the documents and records you already have, and a pilot shows whether they are enough.
Is our data safe?
We agree data handling with you before anything is built: what is processed, where, and who can see it. If a task needs an external AI service, we tell you which one and what it receives, and we keep data inside your own systems wherever we can.
Can AI work with our Odoo?
Yes. We connect assistants and document processing to Odoo through its APIs, so extracted data lands in the right records and answers can draw on your Odoo data. Much of the automation itself, such as approvals and scheduled jobs, runs inside Odoo using automated actions and custom modules.
