What we handle in a rollout.
- Discovery and fit-gap. Workshops with each department, then a written scope that marks every requirement as standard, configuration or custom.
- Configuration. Companies, warehouses, chart of accounts, taxes, approval rules, user roles and access rights.
- Data migration. Customers, vendors, products, opening balances and open documents, moved in rehearsal runs you sign off before the final cut-over.
- Custom work where it pays. Modules only where standard Odoo can't reasonably fit. See custom module development.
- Training. Role-based sessions and short written guides for each team.
- Go-live and hypercare. A cut-over plan, our team on hand at launch, and close support in the weeks after.
Phased, not big-bang
Most rollouts go in phases: finance and sales first, then inventory and purchasing, then HR or manufacturing. Each phase goes live on its own, so your team learns Odoo in steps and the project delivers value early.

Do you implement Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Both. We help you choose based on the apps you need, your user count and total cost over several years.
Can we keep our current system running during the project?
Yes. Your current system stays live until the final cut-over, and we rehearse the data move beforehand so the switch takes as little downtime as possible.
Who owns the system after go-live?
You do. You get admin access, documentation and the source of any custom modules. Many clients keep us on a support plan, but it's your choice.
